This lot and the one described above are located on Murray Hill and Fuller Hill Road. Fuller Hill is the road that winds up from Main Street Warren Village just north of the Covered Bridge. You can pick up a map from our office on Route 100 just south of the Sugarbush Access Road on Route 100. We had maps on the sign but the 3 1/2 feet snow banks obliterated the sign and the listing sheets and maps. Soils were tested and the land thought to be ideal for at least three house sites. LAND IN WORCESTER AND MIDDLESEX VERMONT I own over 100 acres on the North Branch of the Winooski River. It is part of an old farm of 500 acres which I purchased in 1968. It was a beautiful property previously owned by the Chouinard brothers, Laurance and Adelord. Back in February of this year I was contacted by the Vermont River Conservancy who has a strong interest in preserving the banks along the river so that there is a free flow of continuous habitat for all kinds of animal life as well as providing some recreational uses along the river for those who live near it. We are close to concluding negotiations on the property they are purchasing as well as defining the easement along the lands bordering the river. In 2004 I hired land planner and well known green architect, William Maclay to do a subdivision on the land along the river. We completed in 2006, but by then the land market had practically come to a halt so I didn't put the four lots on the market. We have two of the four lots to sell. Lots 3 and 4. These are the two southernmost lots and adjoin one another. They are not subdividable. One is approx. 20 acres, and the other is approx. 13.
