1. Summit 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, attractively furnished, and right at Sugarbush $10,000.

2. Three bedroom, two bath chalet East Warren. Very clean and comfortable, fireplace. $8,500.

3. Three bedroom, two bath house near top of Roxbury Mtn. Road, great for Boston skiers, $8,500

4. Upstairs of large ski house.  Fireplace, 3 bedrooms, two baths, great for ski group. $8,000

5. Carriage House.  One bedroom plus small ante room.  Luxurious kitchen, living room.  See pics on Homes for sale page $8,500.

Plus we have good selection of short term rentals.  Still available for Christmas New year's week.  Call for details. 

We have a great house for rent in Waitsfield, that is rented until end of April 2010..  The present tenant is trying to get her house built by middle or end of  January.  If she succeeds it will be available for the rest of the season at that time. 

Large enough for two families PLUS it has a ping-pong table set up in the basement.  Five bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and spacious living area with terrific views all around. There is a two car garage.  Great location convenient to Waitsfield Village and the three ski areas.   The rent is $11,000 for season. North Lynx Two bedroom

This gracious, two bedroom, two bath beautifully furnished home (condominium) can comfortably accommodate six adults.  Fireplace with woodstove insert to keep you warm and toasty after a day of skiing.  $11,000. Rented for the 2009-2010 season.

If you like to be right in the middle of the action this is the place for you. Ski to and from restaurants and ski shop near by. Great views and nicely decorated. Pet friendly. Three units avaible:

A must see. 3 BR, 2 Bath condo located right on Lincoln Peak - Part of Sugarbush Mountain. Very spacious, has a great kitchen & fireplace, includes Rinnai Propane heater and electric heater, free firewood, deck, grill, dishwasher, new oven, washer/dryer and comes fully furnished. Most importantly, the condo is close to the resort and has great views. Rooms - Master bedroom with Queen Bed, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Comfortably sleeps 6.

Two bedroom, one bath, pet friendly condo.  Open floor plan Living room, dining room, office with suspended deck overlooking Mad River, meadows & forest.   Direct river access.  On Valley bus route. Long term $955/month, winter season $7,500

VILLAGE RUN:

Two bedroom, one bath, woodstove, deck: $8,500.

TROUT HOLLOW ROAD:

Three bedroom, 2 bath: $10,000. A great spot in Warren Village.  Incredible series of decks overhanging the Mad River.

Flexible, depending on the length of stay and time period: Between $200 and $600 per night.

SUGARBUSH ACCESS ROAD:

Just off the access road. Sleeps 10. Has a hot tub and overlooks a brook. Please call for availability and rates.
